AUDIT - The committee audited the financial records including the checking account, prepared the annual report for Grand Lodge, and mailed it on time.  The committee is now inactive until further orders of the Worshipful Master.

BUILDING - The committee has recently (last quarter of 2010) purchased two C-Cams to store excess furniture and equipment from both Woodland and Cade Rothwell Lodges.  The Pump house has been repaired and painted.  New locks and chains have been placed on both gates leading into the parking lot.  And a steel gate has been placed over the side door.

90th Anniversary Party - Bob Gronwaldt, James Ladd, Jack Reeves, and Gene Deleon are working on a proper event for February of 2012.  Stay tuned.
LODGE BUILDING RENTAL - The contract utilized by Melrose has been secured to develop our own contract.  Initial policy is being developed.  More details soon.
COMMUNITY BUILDER AWARD - Awarded to Sgt Frank Escobedo on January 10, 2011
FANTASTIC TEETH CLUB - The Lodge is partnering with Masonic Children and Family Services to distribute 300 dental kits to local first graders.  Francone Elementary was given 180 kits this past May.  We are signing up another elementary school for 2012.
